All payments should be made in cash and in Rials only. Submitting incorrect fees could delay the processing of your requested consular service.

Application for U.S. Passports for Minors Under Age 16

Application for U.S. Passports for Adults Age 16 and Over

Application for Consular Report of Birth and U.S. Passport for Minors
